Step 7
Get off at the rear door after the bus stops
Stand up only after the bus has come to a complete stop, then get off at the rear door. You already paid when boarding.
That is all
In the Tama area the order is reversed
On Toei buses in the Tama area you board at the rear door, take a numbered ticket, and pay at the front door when getting off. With an IC card, tap when boarding and again when getting off.
A card to show the driver
Write the stop where you get off and show the card as you board. Print it and keep it in your wallet.
